9 trout to 6 lbs. John Daly is still catching well on the dry flies (Daddys and Hoppers).

On the carp lake, Al Walshe had a 10.5 lb carp as the best fish this week.

Harry Kilpatrick had 7 carp to 9 lbs. Barry Mellon still catches an average of 2 carp per day. Darragh Murthagh, a local angler, has been catching some nice carp to 8.5 lbs. Sasha Manic had 7 carp on a recent visit and Danny Campbell had 5.

Both lakes are fishing extremely well with many other anglers having good success over this past week.

Thanks to Abbey Anglers for the recent open day at Corkagh Park where they taught angling techniques to junior and senior anglers alike.
